Ingredients
3 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 large garlic cloves, pressed
Salt & Pepper

Instructions
Whisk together the oils, vinegars and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Yields a generous 1/2 cup.
